Peace is the path to prosperity. For generations war has been a business tool allowing corporations to profit from the blood of America's youth who die as part of the business plan of a small number of large corporations. General Smedley Butler said it best in his book “War is a Racket.” I encourage you to read it. Nothing much has changed.
It is time America rediscovered its mission and exported responsible commerce, entrepreneurship, and good will. Accountability and peace will heal many wounds, drawing us together as one people. We can then again be proud to call ourselves Americans.
