Commerce Renewal Grants
Grants will be made to all categories cited above and to Americans, and none-Americans, who have valid claims against the interests who caused the present problems. This will be funded by monies reclaimed from the corporations and accountable individuals who caused the problems. Judgments will be enforced by the United States military. Given the sentiments of people around the world today America will only be first in line. But I aim to see we collect.
The amount of the bailouts was $29,000,000,000,000, cited in Levy Economics Institute of Bard College. When collections are finished money will not be an issue. The new role, part of its transitional plan, for the IRS, will be to provide accurate audits for the court for litigation of this process and then assist the United States Military in collections.
As an example, a Commerce Renewal Grant could fund a small business which begins the growing of Industrial Hemp, produces basaltic rebar, extends the use of nanotechnology, or anything else which is non-impactive to the environment and for which people will pay. There will be no corporate shields to liability.
